I'm not technically minded do I need to be?

What input is needed from me?

We will need some basic details about your Tennis Club and ask you to highlight which aspects of the club you wish to emphasise, we also usually ask you to supply some pictures of your Tennis Club or its facilities.

Can I change the content in the future?

You will have a 3 month window after your website has gone live, in which enhanced support is provided which will allow you to request any enhancements to your website at no extra cost.  Club News, Fixtures, Tournament Results, The Club Calendar and External Web Links can always be changed via the admin panel.

If any changes are required outside of the initial 3 month window, standard support allows minor enhancements to be carried out for free, although any major enhancements will attract an additional fee dependent on the size/nature of the request, this fee would be agreed prior to any work commencing.

Are there any additional costs?

There is an annual website renewal charge (Currently £99) which ensures your domain name and web hosting are renewed, this also provides standard support from Tennis Clubs Online for another year.

Furthermore, we guarantee that any increase in the annual renewal charge will never be above the RPI, so you need never worry about any severe price hikes in the future.
